Style: Joe ideally shoots high contrast black & whites and developed his “style” through his unique use of mixing imagery from numerous source material that have bold colors and along with drawn lines and occasional use of text on top of the original image which are very cryptic and complex with Mixed-Media influences but at other times very classic and simple.
Directing: When Joe shoots he builds a connection with his subjects prior to taking a single shot which creates an open platform for the model to explore while still leading them with precise direction. His images are strong in it’s raw form but Joe “remixes” his images to truly make them completely new and unique. His images will take you on very personal journey which will leave you wanting to know what direction his next image will take.

Whether it be makeup, fashion, music, or writing, art has always been a vital passion for Tammi Marks McDonald. She began her career in the music industry as a production manager, producing records, cassettes, and CDs for independent artists and labels. Tammi has published written works, and she also spent some time on stage as a motivational speaker. After managing various businesses, she began her own beauty business.
As a New York-based makeup artist with over 20 years of experience in print, bridal, runway, and fashion as well as education, Tammi has the talent to ensure her clients look and feel gorgeous—inside and out. “Art is about expression and invoking emotion. Tammi first realized her love for color as a teenager, inspired by looks from fashion magazines. She went on to start a career in selling cosmetics and managing makeup and sales teams. Her work is featured in international magazines and their online presences such as Vogue Italia, i-D Magazine, British Vogue, Marie-Claire Italy, Brides Magazine and Lula Magazine.
As part of an international artist group, Tammi travels the world working with artists from various states and countries. She has also worked for the TV show Project Runway’s makeup team, numerous NY Fashion Week Shows, celebrities and continues to pave the way for her peers as an artist and educator.

Sophia is a graduate of FIT with a bachelors in Advertising and Marketing Communications. While at FIT Sophia interned under the creative director for ad projects such as: Heineken, various e-Commerce sites and New York Cares. She later went on to do PR and event planning for ThePartyBroker.com while enhancing their social media coverage and exposure. She assisted in the development and programming for an app called WEGO (for these event venues). Later, Ms. Klippvik created the pitch deck for the owner of the app to present it to venture capitalists. Michael is a digital content producer with a background in sales. Most recently he has worked for Demand Media, creating content at scale in a variety of content categories including technology and automotive content. Michael is experienced in overseeing the entire process from conception and recruiting to quality assurance and digital product management.
